Burns Nu Sonic Prototype # 1 One off.

It's an example of the way we were going with the "Club Series" before the take over, obviously based on the Nu Sonic, it had a Trisonic at the neck and a newly developed Burns Hotrails at the bridge, there was an intention to drop the Telecaster bridge control plate (simply because it was "too Fender") and mount the controls from the back as per the "Sonic" It was a great little guitar, played well and sounded fantastic but like many other projects we had entered into ended up buried under a pile of "what if's", It's a shame really as I think it would have made an excellent addition to the range!

Neck	Birds-eye maple neck with unbound rosewood fingerboard; zero fret. The trussrod adjuster is accessed by removing the plate on thr head 25.5″ (647.7 mm) scale length, 1 11/16th” (42.86 mm) nut width.
Frets	22 medium frets (plus zero fret)
Body	Contoured solid body, mahogany. Weight 3,3 Kg.
Finish	Gloss orange finish on body, vintage tint clear gloss on neck.
Hardware/electronics	This guitar features a combination of three 2 single coil,1 Tri Sonic pick up A five-way single-coil pickup selector switch allowing all standard combinations RezO tube bridge system, Gives the distingtive Burns clear sound
Playability/Action	This guitar plays very well and cleanly. The frets points are available for any required action. Wonderful light and with a super sound
